Beeconomic deal

I've just "purchased" (downloaded) a voucher from Groupon - Beeconomic. The voucher entitles the bearer Free entrance to the International Tourism and Trade Expo, 2nd Philippine Culinary Tourism Expo, and a chance to win P250 Groupon credits.

I wanted to know what I can expect in the event so I went to http://www.itte.com.ph/ and http://www.pctex.ph/. It was said to be a perfect place to network with industry buyers and suppliers. I saw that there will be exibits of hotels, resorts, restaurants, food processors & manufacturers, catering companies, cooking equipments, food franchising business and a lot more! I really got excited. This free pass must really be great, I said. There were 3 benefits mentioned but what I liked most was to Meet directly with distributors and clients. It would be nice to meet them personally.

Then at the end of the page I found this:So it is actually FREE after all. Lols!

-- a forwarded message that really made sense.My best friend was a smoker. Yes, she WAS. She actually told me that smokers are selfish. Alright, just most of them - because there are others who came to their senses and stopped smoking. We, your loved ones, are just worried of your health.

We were born with nothing but health and lived the early years not smoking. So why can't you just stop it?
Oh! You are stressed? We all are. You have so many problems? We all have.
It's just a matter of handling things, dude.

I SALUTE those people who took the initiative to stop that bad habit. I pity those who stopped because of health problems and complications caused by smoking. Don't wait until you or your loved ones get sick because of smoking.

If you don't go for something you'll fall for anything

A line from the movie Sucker Punch... It is true. A goal is important in everything you do. There must be something to look forward to, something to reach for. Don't settle for just anything because it can be one thing you wouldn't like. In the end, and even if all else fails, you'll still be proud to say you did everything to achieve that goal.

And when you go for something, it must be the best. Why? Well why not?
If you slip on your way to the best you can still fall on the next which is better.


Talking about the movie, all in all it entertained me. And yeah I guess I liked it in a way. I don't want to contradict the movie critics or anyone at this point. I watch a movie expecting nothing but to be entertained. If I get bothered and unsatisfied after watching it, then it must really suck.
With this one I can say I was entertained.

McDonald's Coca-cola Can glass - Pwned!

The latest collection craze right now is the Coca-cola Can glass. It does have a common design but not for a glass, which made it look fun. I like the charcoal the most because it seems like the real can with its colors faded - but is actually a glass. Alright I know you got what I mean there..

I also like the blue one but what I would really love is a red Can glass. Unfortunately, they didn't release it here. I just found it somewhere in the internet.

This is not the first time McDonald's released a coca-cola glass collection. In fact, I bought a few of the sexy glass designs for the last three event releases. But this time, I completed the collection! Yeahhh!

I've been refraining myself from fast food chains due to my recent allergic reaction to chicken and budget constraints. Well, obviously the saying 'if there's a will there's a way' did apply here. Hahaha!

I found this article from match.com confessions which is undeniably interesting to read.
Well after reading this, I thought that it is best to do something about the situation of the relationship first then if it really doesn't work out it might be the right time to finally let go. So when you meet someone after that, you're not guilty of anything. =)

I know it is easier said than done, but what is there to loose if you try?... If the relationship gets better then you can tell yourself "I did the right thing" if not, at least you did everything you can.

Some of you might say "you don't know what we're goin through." Yes that is correct, well that's just the ideal side of me speaking and we are free to choose what we want to.
